A. JOB IDENTIFICATION
1. Brief introduction: Our client is a global leader in the design, project management, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of architectural envelopes (curtain walls)
2. Work location: VietNam
3. Work salary: 2,000$ - 3,000$
4.Reporting to:Technical Manager
B. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accountability and Objectives:

• Act in a supportive role to the Technical Manager. Responsible to drawn the project as per all of the client’s specification and PISA tender requirement and supervise and coordinate the work of all the other designer(s) in the assigned project team and to liaise with the Design/Project/Factory Manager on all aspects of the project

2.Key Responsibilities:

• To develop “design Intent” into working drawings in conjunction with Designer
• Co-ordinate the work of all the other designer(s) in the project’s team and to liaise with Design manager on all aspects of the project.
• To ensure all drawings are drawn as per the project’s schedule and specification and issue on time for production and installation.
• To ensure that all submission drawings are drawn to suit :
  • • Architectural and Engineering drawings
    • Performance specifications
    • Engineers’ calculations
    • Tender requirements/Contract scope
• Draw all new aluminium and gasket extrusions (if applicable) for the project in conjunction with the Designer(s)
• To coordinate and draw all the components for the Curtain Wall Prototype Frames (both visual and structural) where applicable
• To ensure all samples are approved priori to any procurement.
• To do/check material “take-off” of all materials required for the project
• The individual needs to have at least 10 years experience in the external facade field with knowledge of curtain wall systems and glazing systems.
