A. JOB IDENTIFICATION

B. JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:- Leads nurturing from various sources i.e. website, direct mails, eNews, events…
- Outbound call (make the list from cold leads, not replied direct mail, etc. with selective of prospects one)
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Cooperating with MarCom Manager to determine strategic approaches for each campaign.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
- Monitoring sales lead response, reminds sales to follow lead; record customer complain log.
- Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes which organised by the company
Qualification Requirement:- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills
- Prominent organization and presentation skills
Education:- Bachelor background in Chemical/Engineering or Marketing/Communication
- Relaval training in Inside sales training will be prefered.
